About Me

I have always wanted to help people so I decided to train as a counsellor. I Successfully qualified as a Person Centred Counsellor in 2004 but have also trained in Cognitive behaviour Therapy and motivational techniques. My work has even led me to work with offenders on probation with substance misuse problems,domestic violence and homelessness.

I also had a busy general private practise. I have a positive regard for people I am non judgemental, empathic and care very much for the mental well being of others.

As I now live in Spain, I have set up a private practise just outside Javea in a calm relaxed environment and hope to help and support people who need it.
